Let's start with what coaching looks like on a daily basis for us here at Forward Edge. No two days are ever the same for a coach. There's always something new. You might start your morning by sitting down with the teachers to co-plan a lesson that incorporates new tech tools or strategies, ensuring that, what's being implemented. Isn't just shiny and new, but actually improves learning outcomes for students. Then you're in classrooms not to evaluate, but to collaborate. Maybe you're modeling a lesson, helping to troubleshoot or providing real time feedback to educators. The goal. Empowering teachers to use technology and instructional design strategies that truly elevate their teaching. Later in the day, you could be diving into data, assessing what's working, what needs to be adjusted and using that information to guide your coaching sessions. You're a partner in their growth building that trust with teachers so that they see you as not just another observer, but as someone invested in their success. And most importantly, their student success. Of course coaching. Isn't just about the tools. If you've been following our podcast, you already know it's about relationships. Relationships with teachers, administrators, and the students themselves. You're a bridge between the tech and the people who make learning happen. And here's the fun part. Being an instructional design coach at Forward Edge also means you never stop learning.
